We can arrange shipping of your hull to you
following the below policy.
Small hulls (Pacer 50, 60 and 602) will
be shipped in either a cardboard or a wooden crate at your request
Large hulls (Pacer 70 and larger) and
complete boats will not be shipped in anything other than a
custom-built wooden crate. This is not negotiable, and the
expense of the construction materials will be met by the purchaser.
We will not charge you for the time and effort made in constructing
your crate however, and we will do our utmost to keep costs to a

cover the cost of shipping or shipping materials, and we do not make
a profit on shipping.
Insurance is available at your expense. If you
choose not to take this option, you accept the risk of any damage on
delivery and we will not replace your hull at our expense.
You may arrange your own shipping to cover
collection, carriage, insurance and delivery. We will not be
responsible in any way for the condition of your purchase if you
elect to choose this option.
Local import duty, local taxes and any other
additional costs will be met by the purchaser.
For UK mainland customers, it MAY
be possible to arrange to collect your hull from one of the many
races we attend, by prior arrangement ONLY.
The bottom line is that we take
great pride in designing and manufacturing our hulls and the last
thing we want is for you to receive one in a damaged condition.
This simply means that we have to make you another one and someone
will end up arguing with the courier service for compensation.
This is not a pleasant purchasing experience and we are keen to
avoid this situation. Hence the above policy.
